Springer Nature Group agreed to sell Rendement Uitgeverij BV, a Dutch business-to-business media company, to a group of seasoned Dutch media executives, Derk Haank (former CEO Elsevier and Springer Nature), Cor Jan Willig (managing partner Misset Uitgeverij) and Luc A.J. Van Os (former CEO Hearst and co-shareholder Misset Uitgeverij).
