Early 2022 Bencis Capital Partners acquired VMN Media, a B2B (data) publishing company with leading positions in verticals such as Building & Construction, Food & Beverages, Finance and Mobility.
As part of this transaction Park 56 acted as advisor to the Works Council. Under Dutch law the Works Council has to be adequately informed on all (employee) related matters of a acquisition and give a positive advice. Park 56 was selected because of our expertise in Private Equity transactions and deep understanding of the Media & Tech space. We evaluated VMN’s business plan and capital structure post Closing, interviewed management and organized a productive session with the new shareholders to give the Works Council all ingredients to advise positively within the time given to them.
