WBOOKS
WBOOKS is the publisher of the largest Dutch art magazine Museumtijdschrift, and it publishes non-fiction books in the fields of art, history and cultural heritage. Last week, WBOOKS was acquired by Uitgeverij Walburg Pers / Amsterdam University Press AUP B.V., an independent publisher of non-fiction and scholarly books, journals and magazines. The combination of both companies will boast market-leading programs in art and history, and, with its large circulation, Museumtijdschrift will provide a great new platform for Walburg/AUP’s growing journal and magazine portfolio.
For us at Park 56, it was a pleasure to support WBOOKS management and shareholders in this process.
